With medication options including methadone, buprenorphine (Suboxone TM), oral naltrexone and injectable depot naltrexone (Vivitrol TM), you and your CODAC provider will work together to determine the best fit for you. Through our outpatient treatment programs, we will work together to end drug addiction and substance abuse/use.

Together with your provider, your Substance Use Disorder treatment plan will be created based on your specific personal strengths, individual needs, abilities and preferences in mind.
